DESCRIPTION:Our local diocese’s Global Mission Day will be held here\, at St. Mary’s\, on Saturday\, April 18. This 9 am to 2 pm event\, designed to strengthen ties between our local churches and churches around the world\, will include lunch. Speakers include Fr. Rob and Bishop Sam Rodman. \nThe theme of the gathering is “God’s Family in Mission” and a children’s track will be offered to families who sign up. We hope some of our 2024 Intergenerational Costa Rica mission team will come and share from their experiences with other churches looking to do something similar.

DESCRIPTION:Our Lord’s Living Room Eucharist offers a more casual worship service. The service begins at 9 am each Sunday in the Great Hall of the Community Life Center. Visitors are always welcome. Children who attend this service usually play together on the large rug in front of the altar during the service.

SUMMARY:Journey to Adulthood (Rite 13 and J2A)
DESCRIPTION:The Journey to Adulthood (J2A) is a complete youth ministry program of spiritual formation for students in grades 6-12. It encourages relational ministry and uses Bible study\, prayer\, rites of passage\, outreach ministries and both serious and playful activities to underscore the two guiding principles of the program: 1) Manhood and womanhood are free gifts from God; and 2) Adulthood must be earned. It includes in-depth exploration of self\, spirituality\, sexuality and society. Our Rite-13 and J2A groups complete local mission projects and have occasional weekend retreats.
