It encourages relational ministry and uses Bible study\, prayer\, rites of passage\, outreach ministries and both serious and playful activities to underscore the two guiding principles of the program: 1) Manhood and womanhood are free gifts from God; and 2) Adulthood must be earned. It includes in-depth exploration of self\, spirituality\, sexuality and society. Our Rite-13 and J2A groups complete local mission projects and have occasional weekend retreats.

DESCRIPTION:Our local diocese’s Global Mission Day will be held here\, at St. Mary’s\, on Saturday\, April 18. This 9 am to 2 pm event\, designed to strengthen ties between our local churches and churches around the world\, will include lunch. Speakers include Fr. Rob and Bishop Sam Rodman. \nThe theme of the gathering is “God’s Family in Mission” and a children’s track will be offered to families who sign up. We hope some of our 2024 Intergenerational Costa Rica mission team will come and share from their experiences with other churches looking to do something similar.
